Scheduled jobsΒΆ

A Job invokes one or more server functions on a cron, interval, or one-shot time. Those functions use the same three Event args as webhook Triggers.

  1. Deploy a server function (eventPayload, headersPayload, paramsPayload): Server Functions, Events and Triggers.

  2. Create the job and attach the function with its Event objects: Managing Jobs.

  3. Watch runs: Checking Job Executions.

  4. Timeouts: Job wait budget defaults to 10 minutes and does not kill the server function. Knative limitTime is separate. Limits and timeouts.

Tenants cannot raise Job maxExecutionTime in Canopy. Email support.

Always-on pollers are a different pattern (alwaysOn on the server function). That is a paid add-on, not a Job schedule.
